A suspected criminal was on Wednesday lynched and burnt to death by angry mob at Edim Otop, a suburb in Calabar, Cross River State capital.

The suspected hoodlum was attacked by an angry mob who dealt with him in a gruesome manner. According to reports, three out of the four robbers escaped – leaving one to his fate. He was beaten and burnt to death…

 

The incident occurred some metres away from where another was burnt on Sunday.
