Young men who are suspectedto be kidnappers and their leader who is an ex-militant named Mr Labester from Okigbene community in Southern Ijaw LGA were arrested in Bayelsa.
The arrest was as a result of a tip-off and the vigilance of a palm-wine tapper, who discovered the kidnappers in a bush.
On discovery, the farmer raised alert and the (JTF ) close to Obama flowing station under Nembe local government area arrested the kidnappers.
